Event Coordination
- Coordinate multiple events at once including children’s birthday parties and other craft classes or events.
- Create backup or emergency plans to be executed as needed.
- Ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events.
- Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.
Customer Experience
- Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience.
- Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
- Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
- Complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork as needed.
- Support shrink and safety programs.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
Operational Tasks
- Complete operational tasks including truck unload, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards as needed.
- Set up, break down, and clean before and after each event.
