Event Coordinator

About the Role

This entry‑level position provides food and beverage service at weddings, meetings, celebrations, and other hosted events. The role is active, people‑facing, and service‑oriented, involving regular face‑to‑face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is an on‑site hospitality role and is not remote.

Primary Areas of Ownership

• Prepare tables and event service areas
• Serve food and beverages according to event standards
• Interact professionally with guests throughout the function
• Assist with resets, breakdown, and transitions between events

Qualifications

• Personable, dependable, and composed in busy environments
• Comfortable starting conversations and attentive to details
• Motivated to create a positive guest experience
• Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, though many employers provide training for entry‑level hires
