Event Coordinator
About the role
Join our Global Events team as an Event Coordinator and play a key role in bringing iconic sporting and entertainment venues to life, including support for the LA28 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Responsibilities
- Cook up venue-level operational planning and execution
- Manage schedules, logistics, inventory, and installation readiness
- Sustain onsite event operations and venue activation
- Partner with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and venue stakeholders
- Track operational progress, risks, and deliverables
- Aid with post-event decommissioning and asset recovery
Requirements
5+ years of event operations, logistics, project coordination, or venue management experience. Experience supporting large-scale, international, or high-profile events preferred. Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling/project tools. Willingness to travel extensively during event periods.
