We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real specific content. The posting includes Overview, ROLE OBJECTIVES + KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (with subpoints), Skills And Qualifications (Experience, Skills, Other Requirements). Also includes Compensation Is Commensurate With Experience And Qualifications (but that is vague, not specific numbers, so we should NOT include Pay section because it's just "commensurate with experience". According to rules: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience". So we should not include Pay section. Benefits not mentioned. Schedule not mentioned (though travel required, nights/weekends mentioned under Other Requirements). That could be considered Schedule? It says "Regional and local travel is required. Work as needed at events on nights and weekends." That's schedule info. Should we include a Schedule section? The rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here schedule is stated: travel required, work nights/weekends. That's specific enough. So we can include a Schedule section with that content. Benefits: not mentioned, so omit. Pay: only "Compensation Is Commensurate With Experience And Qualifications." That's placeholder, so omit. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. But we should only include sections that have real content. The posting includes Overview (could be About the role). Then ROLE OBJECTIVES + KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Responsibilities). Then Skills And Qualifications (which includes Experience, Skills, Other Requirements). Could split into Experience, Skills, Qualifications? The headings list includes Qualifications and Skills separate. We could put Experience under Qualifications? Or we could have a Qualifications section containing Experience and Other Requirements, and a Skills section for skills. Let's interpret: The posting has "Skills And Qualifications" heading with subparts: Experience, Skills, Other Requirements. So we can create a Qualifications section for Experience and Other Requirements, and a Skills section for the Skills list. We also need About the role: from Overview paragraph. Responsibilities: from ROLE OBJECTIVES + KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including bullet points). We'll need to convert to
  • . We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the details. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Equal Employment Opportunity FIDF is an equal opportunity employer..." That's EEO boilerplate, must remove. Also "Compensation Is Commensurate With Experience And Qualifications." we already decided to omit Pay section, but the sentence itself is boilerplate-ish; we should remove it entirely (since we are not including Pay). Also "Overview" heading maybe not needed as heading; we will use About the role. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's draft: maybe not needed; just headings and content. We'll do:

    About the role

Overview The Event Content Producer for the FIDF Western Region is responsible for the creation, management, and execution of all event content and on-stage programming across the region. This includes event narratives, scripts, run-of-show documents, speaker materials, and all supporting written and production content along with logistical and technical support as needed. The role is central to shaping the donor experience by translating FIDF’s mission into clear, emotionally resonant programming that drives engagement, connection, and impact across events of all sizes. This position is a key member of the Western Region team and reports directly to the Senior Director of the Western Region, working in close partnership with the Vice President, development teams, operations manager, chapter directors, and National and Israel Office partners to ensure seamless execution from concept development through live event delivery and post-event wrap-up.

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Develop event concepts, themes, and programming in partnership with National, Chapter Directors, and key stakeholders.
    • Create all event content materials, including scripts, run-of-show documents, speaker transitions, stage cues, and supporting written program materials.
    • Write and refine all presentation scripts and event materials to ensure alignment with event goals, messaging, and narrative flow.
    • Serve as lead content and production director for regional events, overseeing on-stage programming and ensuring high-quality execution aligned with FIDF brand standards.
    • Direct live program flow, including timing, sequencing, cueing, rehearsals, and transitions, in coordination with AV and production teams.
    • Partner with senior leadership and National and Israel Office teams to ensure alignment of event structure, messaging, and storytelling.
    • Support development of video and multimedia content, acting as a liaison between creative vendors, editors, and internal stakeholders.
    • Collaborate on end-to-end event planning, including venue coordination, vendor management, staffing, and budget support.
    • Capture and incorporate post-event learnings to continuously improve programming and execution.
    • Travel throughout the Western Region as required to support galas, donor events, and mission-critical programming.
    • Own the on-site event experience, integrating content, production, and logistics to deliver a cohesive and compelling donor journey.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for speakers and presenters, managing preparation, briefing, and on-site readiness.
    • Lead live event execution, with the capacity to serve as stage manager and show caller, directing cues, transitions, and program timing to ensure precise delivery and strong narrative flow.
    • Lead speaker rehearsals, providing real-time coaching on delivery, timing, and stage presence to ensure readiness for live presentation.
    • Partner with the Senior Director, Chapter Directors, and Operations Manager to ensure event logistics are fully aligned with program needs and execution requirements.
    • Collaborate with AV teams, production consultants, and external vendors to ensure high-quality technical execution across all production elements, including audio, visual, lighting, staging, and media playback.
    • Oversee integration of content, logistics, and production into a cohesive live experience.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve real-time production or logistical issues to maintain program flow and quality.
    • Contribute to a culture of excellence through strong preparation, accountability, organization, clear communication, and consistent execution.
    • Support cross-functional coordination across Senior Director, Chapter Directors, Operations, and National and Israel partners to ensure alignment on all event elements.
    • Strengthen internal engagement by proactively sharing updates, identifying cross-team needs early, and ensuring alignment on timelines, deliverables, and responsibilities.
Now Qualifications (Experience + Other Requirements):

    Qualifications

Experience: 7-10+ years of experience supporting senior executives or C-Level executives and in leading large-scale events from inception to wrap-up. Background in managing meeting preparation and calendar management.

Other Requirements: Regional and local travel is required. Work as needed at events on nights and weekends. This role is integral to the success of FIDF Western Region’s operations and development activities. If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting executive leadership and fostering collaboration, we encourage you to apply.

But note: The "If you are a proactive..." is more like a call to action; could be considered boilerplate? It's not exactly EEO but it's encouraging to apply. The instruction says remove application instructions. That sentence is basically an encouragement to apply; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it. Also "This role is integral to the success..." maybe keep as part of Other Requirements? It's descriptive. Might keep. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. The encouragement to apply is not substantive about the job; it's application instruction. So we should remove that sentence. Also "This role is integral to the success..." is somewhat fluff but still describes role importance; could keep. Let's keep Other Requirements as: Regional and local travel is required. Work as needed at events on nights and weekends. This role is integral to the success of FIDF Western Region’s operations and development activities. Now Skills section:

    Skills

    • Capable of prioritizing business needs and making trade-offs across all stakeholders.
    • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to flawless task execution.
    • Technologically savvy with the Microsoft 365 platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to adapt to new applications and tools quickly.
    • A self-starter who can manage priorities with an adequate organizational system.
    • Possess discretion and sensitivity towards confidential information.
    • Professionally polished in internal and external interactions, displaying stability under pressure.
    • Committed to collaboration and teamwork.
    • Understand the adaptable nature of support work and are comfortable with being available as needed.
We should not include Benefits, Pay sections. Check for any duplicated lines: we have not duplicated. Check for any boilerplate left: We removed EEO line, compensation line, application encouragement. Good. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive content: The overview included "Oversee integration of content, logistics, and production into a cohesive live experience." Already in responsibilities.
