What Success Looks Like
- Define the narrative for Circuit, setting a new standard for Meter’s presence in regional roadshows.
- Lead the content agenda for MeterUp, ensuring every session is strategically placed on the schedule.
- Create a playbook for speaker intake, narrative development, approval workflows, and post-event distribution templates to facilitate scalability.
- Build a feedback loop from sales, partners, and attendees to continuously improve and refine messaging.
What Your Day-to-Daily Will Look Like
- Outline the narrative arc for MeterUp’s opening keynote and workshop it with an executive.
- Transform complex product launches into engaging live demos or experiential moments, collaborating with design, product, and events teams.
- Create scalable templates, workflows, and review processes for event content management.
- Manage pre-event and post-event communications and distribution efforts.
- Gather feedback from various stakeholders and use insights to enhance event messaging.
- Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure all elements of event content are aligned, on message, and on time.
Who You Are
- Have led content strategy for major events, including flagship conferences, roadshows, or multi-track programs that drive revenue for the business.
- Experience with content, event, field, solutions, or product marketing, handling high-stakes, multi-stakeholder work.
- Comfortable working with executives, shaping keynotes, and refining messaging.
- Proactive and autonomous, able to navigate ambiguity, identify blockers early, and drive program progress.
- Experienced in managing diverse types of events, from small repeatable sponsored conferences to bespoke flagship events like MeterUp.
- Skilled in translating technical topics into clear, concise language that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Pay
The estimated base salary for this role is between $174,000 - $200,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Meter's equity plan.
