What You’ll Do

  • Represents the Hyatt brand and makes a connection with the meeting planner to ensure the hotel has a positive image.
  • Stays in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure that all planner and hotel requests are met.
  • The eyes and ears for all meetings and special events, communicating specifically with the Events Department to ensure the managers feel the operations is running smoothly.
  • Checking all event space and comparing to event orders prior to planner arrival to make sure everything is ready exactly as desired.
  • Communicating and addressing concerns and opportunities with planners and helping quickly find creative solutions.

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence.
  • Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time and lift a moderate amount of weight as needed.
  • Extremely detailed orientated and organized.
  • Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
