Event Concierge

Duties and Responsibilities

• Acting as a liaison between clients, resort operations, and event planning, the Event Concierge proactively resolves issues, fulfills special requests, coordinates logistics, and serves as the go-to resource for day-of event support.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and embodies Miraval’s commitment to personalized service and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Embraces the ethos and culture of the Miraval wellbeing brand.
• Preferred internal candidate with demonstrated knowledge of Miraval operations and resort culture with ability to create strong relationships across resort departments and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Experience with hospitality, guest services, events, concierge, or resort operations.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn hospitality systems.

Pay

Competitive salary commensurate with experience.

Schedule
