About the role
ExpertCare is looking for reliable, compassionate, and helpful Home Health Aides to work one-on-one with our Recipients in their homes. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, as well as bring clients into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals. This role serves Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one support to Recipients in their homes
- Assist with skill-building activities
- Support clients in community settings to strengthen personal goals
Requirements
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and follow care plans
- Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
- Reliable transportation to and from assignments
- Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
- Must be 18 years or older
