Afternoons and Weekends Adult Home Health Aide

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for Home Health Aides to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes. The role involves supporting, encouraging, and helping with skill building activities, as well as bringing recipients into the community to support their personal goals.

Responsibilities

• Supporting and encouraging Recipients in their daily activities
• Helping Recipients build new skills and confidence
• Encouraging Recipients to participate in community activities
• Providing transportation to and from assignments as needed

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
