Home Health Aide Afternoon and Weekend

About the role

ExpertCare is looking for a reliable, compassionate, and helpful Home Health Aide to work 1:1 with our Recipients in their homes. You will support, encourage, and assist with skill-building activities, as well as bring clients into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals. ExpertCare serves Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan.

Full and part-time positions are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to Recipients in their homes
• Assist with skill-building activities
• Encourage and support personal goal development
• Facilitate community integration for Recipients

Requirements

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings
• Must be 18 years or older
