Afternoon and Weekends Home Health Aide

About the role

ExpertCare is seeking Home Health Aides to provide 1:1 support to Community Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Positions are available full and part-time.

Responsibilities

• Support, encourage, and assist Recipients with skill-building activities
• Bring Recipients into the community to achieve personal goals
• Work independently and follow assigned care plans
• Provide transportation to and from assignments as needed
• Pass required background checks and screenings

Requirements

• Compassionate and patient
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments
• Able to pass required background checks and screenings
• At least 18 years old
