Position Overview: We’re seeking an RN Nurse Supervisor to lead and support care delivery across our nursing units. This role plays a vital part in ensuring quality outcomes, fostering teamwork, and helping residents feel safe, cared for, and respected. Shift: RN Supervisor | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday to Friday (Full-Time) What You'll Do: Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs, ensuring compassionate and compliant careAssist the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing needs, interviews, and onboardingLead daily nursing operations, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and manage care plansOversee documentation and ensure compliance with quality and safety standardsAnalyze Quality Measures and Indicators (QM/QI) and implement improvement initiativesSupport audits, inspections, and quality assurance activitiesHelp develop and lead educational plans for nursing staff What We’re Looking For: Active RN license in the State of GeorgiaProven ability to lead, mentor, and build team engagementExperience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferredA strong sense of accountability and a heart for resident-centered careTeam-player mindset with excellent communication skills Why Join Us?
