About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team in Minoa, NY. This position operates on the 3PM-11PM shift.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and assigning nursing staff to meet resident care needs
- Providing compassionate support to residents and their families
- Answering questions and requests from residents and staff
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment by enforcing rules and regulations
- Monitoring confidential information to ensure resident confidence
- Managing documentation of resident care services
- Fostering collaboration among healthcare teams
Requirements
- Valid RN license
- At least 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with EHR and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
