Evening Receptionist

About the Role

The Center at Foresight is a skilled nursing facility that serves patients needing physical rehabilitation and/or complex nursing care. Our highly qualified, caring staff provides care in a beautiful, hotel-like atmosphere to help patients achieve strength and functionality. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Part-Time Evening Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our facility during the evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment
• Update patient census on an Excel document daily
• Process credit card payments
• Assist departments with projects as a self-starter
• Demonstrate dedication and good attendance

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a High School diploma
• Must have a good attendance record
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test
