Job Summary

Dennett Rehab Center, a beautiful 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in Oakland, Maryland, is seeking a positive, caring, and dedicated Evening Receptionist to join our growing team!

Job Description

• Accepting incoming and outgoing calls, maintaining accurate messages, and disseminating same
• Receiving all persons who enter the facility in a courteous manner, informing, guiding, directing, or assisting residents, visitors, staff, or vendors
• Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival
• Assisting with business office duties as assigned
• Attending in-service training and education sessions, as assigned
• Maintaining the security and telecommunications system
• Monitoring visitor logbooks and issuing visitor badges
• Performing specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must have the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
• Must be physically and mentally capable of performing routine, repetitive job duties
• Be considerate, pleasant, and professional in the performance of duties
• Have compassion, tolerance, and understanding for the residents of the facility
• Have competency in Microsoft Office systems
