Evening Production Assembler

About the role

As a Production Assembler, you’ll perform a variety of tasks in a safety-focused environment. An experienced training team will teach you how to safely use hand and power tools including saws, drills, and nail guns. This is a physical role where you’ll move throughout the day, using equipment to craft beautiful windows and doors while ensuring each product meets our premium quality standards. Our air-conditioned facilities support your wellness, and you’ll be eligible for cross-training to help you build a career and grow in areas that interest you.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling holes, measuring parts, cutting parts, or using a saw
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver them to production lines
• Cross-train in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday

Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 lbs. to 70 lbs.
• Grip up to 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, and climb
• Stand and walk on concrete for extended periods

Pay

Starting at $21.50/hr, based on experience, plus a $2 shift differential.

Monday – Thursday Evening: 4:00 pm – 2:00 am
