About the Role
Evening Production Assembler in the Manufacturing department responsible for assembling products, operating equipment, and contributing to high-quality window and door production. Cross-training opportunities are available to enhance skills across departments.
Responsibilities
- Assemble products using hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and nail guns
- Read and follow visual and written instructions
- Operate equipment to create high-quality windows and doors
- Participate in cross-training across departments to enhance skills
- Ensure products meet quality standards
- Support safety protocols and contribute to team productivity
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 to 70 lbs.
- Grip up to 65 lbs.
- Bend, twist, stoop, climb, stand, and walk on concrete surfaces
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to use tools and automated equipment
- Follow instructions accurately
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks
- Willing to work in an environment prioritizing safety
