Production Assembler - Evening

About the Role

Evening Production Assembler in the Manufacturing department responsible for assembling products, operating equipment, and contributing to high-quality window and door production. Cross-training opportunities are available to enhance skills across departments.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and nail guns
• Read and follow visual and written instructions
• Operate equipment to create high-quality windows and doors
• Participate in cross-training across departments to enhance skills
• Ensure products meet quality standards
• Support safety protocols and contribute to team productivity

Physical Requirements

• Lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing 10 to 70 lbs.
• Grip up to 65 lbs.
• Bend, twist, stoop, climb, stand, and walk on concrete surfaces

Qualifications & Skills

• Ability to use tools and automated equipment
• Follow instructions accurately
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks
• Willing to work in an environment prioritizing safety
