Ethics & Compliance Manager

For our client, a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space, we are seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager. This role will own ethics and compliance support for complex global transactions, with a particular focus on M&A due diligence and remediation. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to assess risk, support decision‑making, and help strengthen the organization’s compliance posture. The position also serves as a key business partner for the LATAM region, helping ensure legal and policy adherence across international activity.

Location: Remote – US‑based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,692 – $152,202 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage ethics and compliance due diligence for global M&A deals
• Prepare risk‑assessed written due diligence assessments for stakeholders
• Conduct internal and external meetings related to compliance and M&A
• Oversee engagement and deliverables from third‑party advisors and consultants
• Implement remediation actions for compliance issues identified during due diligence
• Serve as a business partner for ethics and compliance within the LATAM region
• Promote and enhance the compliance program to ensure legal and policy adherence

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ethics, compliance, or legal experience in healthcare regulations, preferably with M&A exposure
• Master’s degree or global equivalent preferred, along with relevant certifications
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong understanding of healthcare compliance laws such as the FCPA and UK Bribery Act
• International experience in the LATAM region is a plus
