ETHICS & COMPLIANCE ANALYST

About the role

Leads complex compliance initiatives, conducting investigations and providing subject-matter expertise. Works with significant independence and cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide inventory of compliance-required functions.
• Co-develop the compliance monitoring program, including methodologies and reporting.
• Oversee the policy management program.
• Lead enhancements to the COI program, including integration into the unified Code of Conduct.
• Conduct or lead ethics investigations, including sensitive cases.
• Prepare high-level reports for leadership and governance bodies.
• Serve as a core member of the GRC implementation team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field + 2 years experience in compliance, legal, audit, or related field required.
• Must have experience coordinating policy reviews or compliance workflows.
• Experience supporting investigations or compliance assessments preferred.
• Experience with compliance systems or document management tools is beneficial.

Pay

$67,720 - $105,210 (min. - mid.) Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s education, experience, and qualifications.
