Etch Tech

Description

Strip operators use fixtures and dip tank equipment to remove photo resist from completed products received from the etch area. They also post-strip products to clean foreign object debris and monitor chemistry conditions to ensure good productivity and quality.

Essential Functions

• Perform product stripping processes according to general instructions to meet customer specifications.
• Read and apply special instructions when necessary.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department lead.
• Maintain chemistry condition to ensure good quality.
• Keep the work area and equipment clean and follow safety regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership to meet production demands.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

• Full-time position
• Monday through Thursday, 2:00pm – 12:30am
• Occasional overtime as needed

Pay Range

• $17.50-$25.00/hour
• Final compensation determined based on experience, skills, education, and internal equity
