Estimator – Restoration Services

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed restoration estimates for residential and commercial projects
• Use estimating software (Xactimate and QuickBooks) to build accurate scopes and pricing
• Review project documentation, photos, and field notes to develop estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure accuracy
• Communicate the estimate details clearly to internal staff

Qualifications

• Prior experience in restoration, construction, or estimating preferred
• Working knowledge of Xactimate and/or QuickBooks strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of property damage restoration (water, fire, mold) is a plus
