Estimator (HVAC/Plumbing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for preparing and submitting competitive bids for a variety of large and complex HVAC and Plumbing construction projects across our diverse market sectors.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive bids for new projects in Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Hospitals, and Transportation markets.
• Assist in the pursuit of industrial, commercial, public works, and government project opportunities.

Requirements

• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering experience required.
• Experience in HVAC and/or Plumbing project estimation required.
• Familiarity with digital project-estimation platforms preferred.
• Trimble experience highly preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools including Outlook/Word/Excel.

Qualifications

Must have a strong background in construction management or mechanical engineering, with a proven track record in project estimation for HVAC and Plumbing projects. Proficiency in digital estimation tools and Microsoft Office is essential.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100K-$150K, with a discretionary annual increase (DOE).

Schedule

Our ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and work a flexible schedule that allows for a 2pm Friday departure.
