Estimator (HVAC/Plumbing)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Estimator to join our team. This position will support the pursuit of large and complex HVAC and Plumbing construction projects across various sectors including Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Hospitals, and Transportation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit competitive bids for new projects
• Focus on Industrial, commercial, public works, and government project markets
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to secure new business opportunities
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate project estimations
• Utilize digital project-estimation platforms and Trimble experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools including Outlook/Word/Excel

Requirements

• Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering experience required
• HVAC and/or Plumbing project estimation experience required

Qualifications

• Familiarity with digital project-estimation platforms preferred
• Trimble experience highly preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity tools including Outlook/Word/Excel

Pay

The salary range for this position is $100K-$150K, with a discretionary dollar amount (DOE).
