Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of detailed takeoffs for earthwork and utility estimating
- Producing production analysis
- Bid preparation
- Sub/vendor pricing
- Supporting operations on awarded projects
- Estimating and managing earthwork and site projects
Requirements
- Experience estimating and managing earthwork and site projects
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in estimating software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices
