Estimator

About the role

Bill Brown Ford, a Penske Automotive Group affiliate, is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing and appraising vehicle damage, estimating repair costs, and communicating these estimates to insurance companies and customers.

Responsibilities

• Audit and appraise vehicle damage
• Estimate the costs of repairs or replacements
• Communicate estimates and options with insurance companies, dealership personnel, and customers
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise

Requirements

• Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
• Positive attitude and reliability
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and strong mathematical and analytical skills
• 1-3 years of experience in the collision business with manufacturer training and estimating systems experience (such as CCC, Rome, Reynolds)
• Outstanding insurance relations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record (some positions may require)

• Mathematical and analytical skills
• Knowledge of manufacturer estimating systems (CCC, Rome, Reynolds)
• Outstanding insurance relations
