What You Will Do
- Oversight of daily estimating operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
- Conduct routine QA audits and provide real-time coaching and corrective feedback to estimators.
- Monitor individual and team productivity metrics; escalate trends or risks to management.
- Assign and rebalance workloads to meet service demands and cycle-time expectations.
- Complete estimates as needed to support operational coverage and surge volume.
- Serve as a first-level escalation point for estimator questions and franchisee inquiries.
- Ensure consistent and proper use of estimating systems, tools, and workflows.
- Support onboarding and training of new estimators through job shadowing and skills reinforcement.
- Maintain scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative coordination for the team.
- Directly supervise estimators and ensure adherence to performance, quality, and service standards.
- Coach employees toward individual performance goals and professional development.
What You Will Bring
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to adapt quickly to shifting needs while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively with team members and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in estimating platforms such as Xactimate, Symbility, Xactanalysis, and Claims Connect.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Growth-oriented mindset with strong teamwork, coaching, and continuous improvement focus.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
- Level 2 or higher Xactimate Certification or equivalent estimating experience.
- 3–5 years of claims operations or frontline leadership experience.
