Estimating Program Supervisor

What You Will Do

  • Oversight of daily estimating operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and SLA compliance.
  • Conduct routine QA audits and provide real-time coaching and corrective feedback to estimators.
  • Monitor individual and team productivity metrics; escalate trends or risks to management.
  • Assign and rebalance workloads to meet service demands and cycle-time expectations.
  • Complete estimates as needed to support operational coverage and surge volume.
  • Serve as a first-level escalation point for estimator questions and franchisee inquiries.
  • Ensure consistent and proper use of estimating systems, tools, and workflows.
  • Support onboarding and training of new estimators through job shadowing and skills reinforcement.
  • Maintain scheduling, timekeeping, and administrative coordination for the team.
  • Directly supervise estimators and ensure adherence to performance, quality, and service standards.
  • Coach employees toward individual performance goals and professional development.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage daily operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to adapt quickly to shifting needs while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and work collaboratively with team members and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in estimating platforms such as Xactimate, Symbility, Xactanalysis, and Claims Connect.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with strong teamwork, coaching, and continuous improvement focus.
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.
  • Level 2 or higher Xactimate Certification or equivalent estimating experience.
  • 3–5 years of claims operations or frontline leadership experience.
