About the role

As a Back to the Job Description Esthetic Line Lead & Master Ceramist, you will be responsible for leading the esthetic line production process, ensuring high-quality standards are met. You will also be expected to mentor and train new ceramists.

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of esthetic line products
• Mentor and train new ceramists
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new product ideas

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Ceramics or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ceramic production
• Proven leadership skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control

Qualifications

• Master ceramist certification
• Experience working with esthetic line materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
