About the role
FACE FOUNDRIÉ is seeking a Lead Esthetician to join our team. This position is full-time and based in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities
- Greets guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Affords assistance in scheduling needs, managing schedule cuts, and assigning team breaks
- Affords assistance in inventory counts, product ordering, Amazon orders, and product receiving to ensure accuracy
- Responsible for achieving store and individual sales goals
- Reports directly to the Store Manager
- Affords assistance in training estheticians to ensure confidence in protocols, product knowledge, selling, and compliance
- Affords assistance in holding the esthetician team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals, and rebooking
- Affords assistance in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being upheld
- Confident in having coaching conversations with team members
- Might conduct product, retail, and membership training to both Front Bar Receptionists and Estheticians
- Affords assistance in marketing initiatives which may include events, pop-ups, and social media content
Requirements
- 1-2 years of prior leadership experience
- Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends required)
- 1-2 years of salon/spa experience preferred
- 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry preferred
