Lead Esthetician

Responsibilities

- Lead and support the Esthetics Team - Coach estheticians on performance, retail, and client retention - Drive service and retail sales growth - Assist with training, onboarding, and team development - Monitor inventory and treatment supplies - Deliver exceptional facial and skin care services - Partner with Spa Management on goals, events, and team success

Requirements

- Licensed Esthetician - Strong retail and upgrade sales performance - Experience with advanced skin care treatments - Natural leader with coaching and training abilities - Positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed
