The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience drafting estate plans and will be certified pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutes. This is an in-office position in our Roseville office. Compensation: $32 - $38 hourly Qualifications Paralegal certification pursuant to California Business and Professions Code statutesMinimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegalTechnologically proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and electronic case management systems Responsibilities Draft estate plan documents using Clio and Wealth Counsel platformsCollaborate with attorneys, legal assistants, and administrative staff to fulfill case milestonesProactively manage estate planning matters, driving cases from design through executionDirect contact and communication with clients and third parties
