Compensation: $60,000 Qualifications Experience with Trust Funding is a desiredStandard computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferedMinimum 5 years’ experience as a paralegal specialist, case manager, legal assistant, or legal office manager Responsibilities Draft estate planning documents like wills and trusts.Draft and review deeds.Maintain a library of financial institution forms.Communicate with clients to keep them apprised of case status.Assist with educational events for our clients.Prepare documents to be recorded with governmental organizations.Serve as a liaison between our firm and financial institutions.
