Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive estate planning services to our clients, including drafting and implementing wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
• Utilize your financial and accounting background to provide sound business advice to clients, helping them to preserve and grow their wealth.
• Conduct thorough legal research to stay abreast of changes in the law and to support client needs.
• Maintain high levels of client interaction and communication, ensuring that clients are kept informed and their needs are met promptly and effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, expanding our network and contributing to the growth of our firm.
• Use your exceptional drafting skills to create clear, concise, and legally sound documents.
• Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting all deadlines and working well under pressure.
• Utilize your legal writing skills to prepare and present arguments, applications, and motions.
• Work collaboratively with other members of our team, contributing your expertise and supporting others in their work.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, with a focus on high-value estates and wealth preservation planning.
• Proven experience in providing business advice, with a strong financial and accounting background.
• Exceptional drafting skills, with experience in drafting a wide range of estate planning documents.
• Excellent legal research skills, with the ability to apply research findings to client situations.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources.
• Excellent legal writing skills, with the ability to prepare and present clear and persuasive arguments, applications, and motions.
• A team player, with the ability to work collaboratively and support others in their work.
