This Lake Oswego law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3-10+ years of estate planning experience, Oregon State Bar membership, and JD degree. The role involves working closely with high-net-worth clients, drafting estate plans, providing advice on wealth transfers and tax implications, and building lasting advisory relationships.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with high-net-worth clients drafting estate plans
• Provide advice on wealth transfers and tax implications
• Build lasting advisory relationships
• Participate in strategic problem-solving and business development
• Support the lead partner in the estate planning practice group

Requirements

• 3-10+ years of estate planning experience
• Strong leadership and client service capabilities
• JD degree and Oregon State Bar membership
• Strategic problem-solving and business development skills
• Hybrid schedule with 3-4 in-office days per week

• Experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, business formation, litigation, and tax law
• Ability to build lasting advisory relationships with high-net-worth clients
