The ideal candidate will have 3-10+ years of estate planning experience, Oregon State Bar membership, and JD degree. The role involves working closely with high-net-worth clients, drafting estate plans, providing advice on wealth transfers and tax implications, and building lasting advisory relationships.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with high-net-worth clients drafting estate plans
- Provide advice on wealth transfers and tax implications
- Build lasting advisory relationships
- Participate in strategic problem-solving and business development
- Support the lead partner in the estate planning practice group
Requirements
- 3-10+ years of estate planning experience
- Strong leadership and client service capabilities
- JD degree and Oregon State Bar membership
- Strategic problem-solving and business development skills
- Hybrid schedule with 3-4 in-office days per week

- Experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, guardianship, business formation, litigation, and tax law
