About the role
Estate planning attorneys are needed in various locations including New York, NY, Fairfield, NJ, Hackensack, NJ, San Francisco, CA, Washington, D.C., Denver, CO, Chicago, IL, Atlanta, GA, Boston, MA, Dallas, TX, Los Angeles, CA, Minneapolis, MN, Nashville, TN, Overland Park, KS, and Topeka, KS. Remote work is available.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement estate plans for clients
- Provide legal advice on trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents
- Prepare and review estate planning documents
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals
- Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Member in good standing of the bar in at least one state
- At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Qualifications
- Experience with estate planning and trust administration
- Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
