Remote work is available.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement estate plans for clients
• Provide legal advice on trusts, wills, and other estate planning documents
• Prepare and review estate planning documents
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and goals
• Stay updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the bar in at least one state
• At least 3 years of relevant legal experience
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Qualifications

• Experience with estate planning and trust administration
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
