A well-known boutique law firm specializing in estate planning, T&E administration, and wealth planning and preservation is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least three (3) years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Mentorship and career growth working directly with principal attorneys
• Work with clients regarding real estate and business transactions, including LLC, corporate and partnership establishment and documentation

Requirements

• Maryland Bar required
• DC and Virginia Bars preferred
• LLM preferred
