About the role

A growing law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to work closely with individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, wealth preservation, and trust matters.

Responsibilities

  • Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
  • Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies
  • Conduct client consultations and develop customized estate plans
  • Assist with trust administration and probate matters
  • Review and update existing estate plans as needed
  • Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing legal guidance

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
  • 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of trusts, estates, and probate law
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
