About the role
A growing law firm is seeking an Estate Planning Attorney to work closely with individuals, families, and business owners on estate planning, wealth preservation, and trust matters.
Responsibilities
- Draft wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies
- Conduct client consultations and develop customized estate plans
- Assist with trust administration and probate matters
- Review and update existing estate plans as needed
- Collaborate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing legal guidance
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school
- Licensed and in good standing with the state bar
- 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of trusts, estates, and probate law
- Excellent drafting, communication, and client service skills
- Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
