About the Role

Works in various locations within the field to modify and repair mechanical and electrical processes of the ESS. Provides service and customer support during field visits.

Responsibilities

• Assembles each stage of ESS according to processes.
• Provides service and customer support during field visits.
• Troubleshoots, tests, repairs, and services equipment.
• Diagnoses errors and communicates with customers and team to determine appropriate solutions.
• Reads schematics.
• Uses measuring tape, levels, squares for installations based on engineering documentation (metric preferred).
• Uses standard and power tools for installations and repairs.
• Uses multiple meters.
• Drills and handles materials such as fiberglass, plastics composites, and aluminum.
• Installs and removes fasteners like nuts, bolts, and rivets.
• Applies adhesives and sealants to ESS processes.
• Installs and repairs cooling systems.
• Demonstrates attention to detail.
• Gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
• Communicates changes and progress.
• Balances team and individual responsibilities.
• Adapts to changes in the work environment.
• Follows instructions and responds to management direction.
• Displays willingness to make decisions.
• Upholds organizational values.
• Uses personal protective equipment (PPE) and adheres to safety and security procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
