• Guidance on streaming strategy, social media strategy, audience engagement, and tournament & event planning
• Navigate the business side of gaming careers, including brand partnerships, freelancing, and networking strategy
• Broad career support like resume review, cover letters, LinkedIn review, interview prep, and salary negotiation

Requirements

• Hands-on esports coaching or competitive playing experience
• A strong grasp of the gaming industry and creator economy
• A clear, structured approach to helping clients grow both their game and their career

Qualifications

• Experience working with players and content creators
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
