Extramural Coach - Esports (Gaming)

Part-time, temporary position (19 hours per week). Not eligible for benefits. Location: Student Activity Fee-Designated, 1801 M. L. King Dr., San Antonio, Texas, 78203.

About the Role

Provides analytic and diagnostic services or uses highest-level technical skills that noticeably affect work results in esports coaching.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coaching to an organized esports club.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Two years of experience coaching in an organized club sport.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable through the organization’s insurers.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report, background check, and drug screen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years of coaching in an organized club sport.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. (extended hours until 8:00 p.m. on some days).
• Saturdays: 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.
