ESOP Administration Analyst
About the role
We are seeking sharp, detail-oriented, dedicated individuals to join our team. This is an entry-level position that offers the opportunity to learn all about ESOPs, including recordkeeping and administration, with the potential for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Support the administration of our clients’ ESOPs by completing tasks assigned by Plan Administrators throughout the yearly plan cycle.
- Complete tasks such as the analysis of ESOP census reports, preparation of Plan financial statements, and government reporting.
- Work collaboratively on a team of ESOP Administration Analysts.
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, Business, or Economics degree preferred. An Associate degree with strong analytical skills and excellent Excel skills and/or prior experience may be considered.
- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of MS Word mail merge using Excel is a plus
- Experience with benefits administration or retirement plans is a plus (or a willingness to learn)
- Must be able to provide and maintain a distraction-free work environment, a professional workspace, and reliable high-speed internet connection.

Schedule
Our office locations are in Charlottesville, VA, Columbia, MD, Columbus, OH, Westchester, IL, Pasadena, CA, and Maple Grove, MN. Our client base is nationwide.
Pay
The annual base salary range for this position is $50,000 - $54,000. This range represents the anticipated pay for this role across multiple U.S. labor markets and is intended as a general guideline. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role, relevant experience, work location, education and training, key skills, internal equity, external market data, and current business considerations.
