ESG Analyst

What You'll Do

• Create expert-level training questions and scenarios based on real sustainability and ESG workflows.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world carbon accounting and compliance practices.
• Provide structured written feedback to help improve AI model performance.
• Complete tasks at your own pace with no set schedule or minimum hour requirement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in sustainability, ESG, or environmental compliance, in a role such as Sustainability Manager, ESG Analyst, Carbon Accounting Manager, GHG Inventory Lead, or Environmental Compliance Manager.
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following: Persefoni, GaBi, EPA eGGRT, or VelocityEHSS.
• Strong written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
