ESL Program Coordinator

About the Role

The ESL Program Coordinator (EPC) is a full-time, support-raised position reporting to the ESL Program Leader. The EPC integrates evidence-based practices into ESL curriculum development and strengthens teacher capacity to improve student achievement and support the development of client agency.

The role involves guiding teachers in planning level-appropriate, culturally sensitive spiritual discussions that align with the curriculum, foster a sense of value and love among clients, and create opportunities for future God-centered conversations.

This position focuses on empowering immigrant and refugee families.

Responsibilities

• Incorporate evidence-based practices into ESL curriculum development.
• Build teacher capacity to enhance student achievement and client agency.
• Support teachers in planning culturally sensitive, level-appropriate spiritual discussions aligned with the curriculum.
• Create an environment where clients feel valued and loved, enabling future God-centered conversations.
