We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Compensation, maybe Pay? The posting includes "Compensation" with pay range. Also location info maybe not needed as a section unless specific. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need sections: About the role (we have a paragraph after "About The Role"), Responsibilities (list), Qualifications (list), Skills (list), Compensation (pay range). Possibly also "Location" but not in list of headings; we could include as a paragraph maybe under About the role? But we should not create extra headings not listed. The instruction says use those headings as examples; we can use others if needed? It says "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings when appropriate. Not required to limit to only those, but likely they expect those. We'll include About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Compensation (Pay). For Pay we could use heading "Pay". The posting includes compensation details: national base pay range $75,000.00 USD. Also mention actual compensation within the pay range decided based on factors. So we have pay info. We should not include boilerplate like EEO, hiring statement, recruiting fraud notice, visa sponsorship notice, etc. Also remove "*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time." That's a minor note but maybe considered boilerplate? It's a statement about duties; could be kept? It's a generic disclaimer; maybe remove as it's not substantive. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "*The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time." is a legal disclaimer; likely remove. Also remove "Your Location" etc? That's location info; not a standard heading but could be kept as paragraph under About the role? Might be considered substantive. However location info is not a heading; we could keep as a paragraph after About the role? But we have to preserve ALL substantive information. Location info: "This position is remote eligible for candidates based in the United States area. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States." That's substantive. We could include it as a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section "Location". But location not in the list of headings; we could still use

for Location if we want, but instruction says use those headings (e.g...). It doesn't forbid others, but to be safe we could incorporate location info into About the role paragraph. Similarly "About SERHANT." is introductory; we could keep as a paragraph before About the role? The instruction says do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The "About SERHANT." is company description; could be kept as a paragraph before About the role. It's substantive. Thus final HTML: start with

We need to preserve all substantive info from responsibilities, qualifications, skills, compensation. Let's extract. Responsibilities bullet points: The posting lists under Responsibilities several paragraphs with bold headings? Actually it's structured: Responsibilities Escrow Review & Monitoring - Review transaction documentation... - Maintain accurate escrow information... - Monitor transaction revisions... - Confirm expected escrow funds... - Maintain clear documentation... We need to preserve each bullet as

    • . Compensation/Pay: The posting says: Compensation Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. The national base pay range for this position within the United States is $75,000.00 USD. Your Location This position is remote eligible for candidates based in the United States area. Preference will be given to candidates who are able to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone. The role may include occasional work at additional SERHANT. offices or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. Candidates must live within the United States. We need to include Pay section with the pay range. Also location info maybe as paragraph after Pay or within About the role. We'll include location as a paragraph after Pay? But location not a heading; we can just add a

      after Pay. Thus final HTML:
