About the role
Provides escrow services for residential and commercial resale, new construction, refinance, relocation, and timeshare transactions. Acts as a neutral liaison between file parties, ensuring adherence to company policy while monitoring and mitigating risk. This role involves facilitating real estate transactions through proactive communication and high-level customer service to both internal and external customers throughout the closing process.
Responsibilities
- Handle real estate transactions by establishing new escrow accounts, managing funds, processing documents for closings, and completing settlements in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Act as a resource for less experienced team members without supervisory responsibilities.
- Recognize and solve atypical problems using existing precedents or procedures.
- Communicate complex information, including interdependencies within the team and with others.
- Work under limited supervision, modifying work practices and processes to achieve results or improve efficiency.
- Impact the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of the team through individual contributions.
- Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Typically requires 5+ years of related work experience.
Pay
The base salary range for this role is $47,831.39 - $79,718.99 annually. Actual offers will be based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components.
