Do you live and breathe escrow?
Yes, you should be someone who has at least 5 years of experience in an independent escrow company, holds DFPI clearance, and has a book of business. Industry software experience like QUALIA or RBJ is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills are also required.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for opening new escrows, coordinating with lenders, dealing with title companies, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You'll handle residential, commercial, or refinance transactions, manage title issues, and resolve tricky lien situations. You'll ensure that closing dates are met and all necessary documents are in order.
