Responsibilities and Duties
- Knowledge of and adherence to the title and escrow transaction processes.
- Providing next-level customer service while developing strong relationships with internal and external clients.
- Managing all aspects of the closing process.
- Expertly and expediently resolving any title issues that arise.
- Exhibits excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with written and verbal communication.
- Self-motivated with a strong work-ethic.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3-5 years of title closing experience, abstractor experience, title examiner or providing closing services preferred.
- Knowledge of ResWare and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain title licensing from the state.
- Must have or be eligible to obtain notary commission from the state.
