About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Officer who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, compliant, and seamless closings. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational precision with strong relationship management and sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Open, manage, and oversee escrow accounts for residential and commercial transactions
  • Accurately handle, safeguard, and disburse escrow funds
  • Prepare, review, and execute closing documents from file open through settlement
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys
  • Drive transactions forward while maintaining clear, proactive communication with all parties
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies, state regulations, and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate risk to protect clients and ensure smooth closings

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate transactions and escrow processes

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

The pay range for this position is $24.42 - $32.56 hourly. The actual compensation offered will depend on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
