About the Role

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Escrow Assistant to join our growing team in Bakersfield, CA. In this role, you’ll work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, providing critical administrative and customer support to our Escrow team. This position plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality. Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement, and follow-up.
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow.
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings.
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions and assist customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication with both internal teams and external customers.
• Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented, and a natural curiosity with an eagerness to learn.
• Ability to thrive in a team environment, working together to deliver beyond customer expectations.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and ability to quickly adapt to new software applications and technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred, but we will train for the right passion and attitude.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 hourly. This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
