About the role

We are seeking an Escrow Assistant to join our growing team in Heber City, UT. This role plays a key role in helping make the dream of homeownership a reality by assisting in the escrow process, communicating with customers, and ensuring a phenomenal customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, inputting closing statement information, preparing documents for closing, handling the complete disbursement and follow-up
• Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
• Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
• Work with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of escrow-related experience preferred

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.46 - $24.63 hourly. The actual pay offered will depend on a number of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and geographic location.
